Fall River, MA - TracRac, Inc. recently completed a secondary equity raise and mezzanine financing. The financing, led by TracRac’s lead investor, Chart Capital Partners, will be used to fund a facility expansion and working capital, research, development and other expenses associated with a rapid increase in forecasted demand for TracRac’s products.
TracRac is a leading manufacturer of premium cargo management systems for trucks and vans. Their products are used primarily by commercial contractors and recreational enthusiasts who transport oversized cargo such as ladders, lumber, kayaks and surfboards and increasingly by general truck owners wishing to increase the utility of their truck bed. TracRac is headquartered in Fall River, MA.
