NEW YORK, NY - The Chart Group announced today that it has sold a portfolio company, New World Trust, to The Lowell Group, LLC, a Washington, D.C. based consortium headed by Bill Seidman (former Chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) and Peter McPherson (former Deputy Secretary of the US Treasury).
